We turn a complex waste stream into a versatile raw material through a meticulous, multi-stage process.
Collection & Sorting: We partner with a national network of tyre dealers, workshops, and councils to collect end-of-life tyres. They are sorted to ensure only suitable tyres enter our system.
Shredding: The whole tyres are fed into industrial shredders, reducing them to manageable chips.
Steel Removal: Powerful magnets extract the embedded steel belting, which is then recycled separately, leaving a clean rubber product.
Granulating & Milling: The rubber chips are further refined into smaller granules. Through a controlled milling process, we produce our signature rubber crumb in various mesh sizes to meet specific industry needs.
Quality Control & Packaging: Every batch is tested for consistency, purity, and size. The final rubber crumb is bagged, super-sacked, or shipped in bulk, ready for its next life.
